How does the Simplicity™ Card work?

The One Concierge Simplicity™ Card is a re-loadable concierge card that provides access to dedicated personal concierge specialists available 24/7, 365 days a year. Rather than paying for a personal assistant or a concierge company that bills you monthly or hourly charges, the One Concierge Simplicity™ Card allows you to place requests whenever you desire.

Each Simplicity™ Card is pre-loaded  with a number of requests or "credits" that you load on the card. When you make a request through One Concierge, one (1) request or "credit" is deducted from your card balance. Each request or "credit" is equivalent to 1 hour of dedicated concierge service from a live concierge specialist. Should your request require more than one hour of dedicated personal attention, multiple "credits" can be used to fulfill a request.

Each Simplicity™ Card is re-loadable and additional "credits"/requests can be purchased and loaded to your card balance at anytime. Simplicity™ Cards can be utilized by individuals, bought as gifts and are even available with higher balances for businesses and corporations that require a larger volume of requests.

Why choose the Simplicity™ Card?

The One Concierge Simplicity™ Card offers a variety of conveniences to users from dedicated concierge and lifestyle management assistance to local knowledge and support in over 115 countries around the globe. The Simplicity™ Card uses a re-loadable "credit" management system that allows you to pay for your requests whenever you contact us (see more below). With no contracts, costly service fees or memberships the One Concierge Simplicity™ Card offers a practical, convenient and cost effective way to enjoy the benefits of a personal concierge/assistant.

With on-demand concierge fees ranging anywhere from $25 USD per hour to over $50 USD per hour, the One Concierge Simplicity™ Card saves card holders 50% or more off of regular hourly rates. With each "credit" equivalent to 1 hour of dedicated personal service (1.5 hours for corporate/commercial users), a loaded card of 10 requests only costs $125 USD (or $12.50 USD per request), offering a significant savings compared to on-demand concierge programs and/or membership services.

In addition, Simplicity™ Card holders also benefit from a 10% discount on all of One Concierge's services, 24/7 availability and a customizable card tailored to your lifestyle and concierge needs.

What does the Simplicity™ Card cost?

In order to submit requests, you need to purchase and register your card online, there are no other fees aside from the purchase cost. The One Concierge Simplicity™ Card can be purchased online through our website and comes preloaded with a balance of 10, 20 or 40 requests (based on what you choose to load the card with). Commercial/corporate cards can be loaded with up to 300 requests and can also be purchased online. Prices vary based on the number of requests or "credits" loaded onto the card.

For each request that is submitted to One Concierge, your card balance/account will be deducted by 1 request/"credit". Third party services however need to be paid by the client. For instance, a request to research, find, procure and ship a last minute ticket would only cost 1 request/"credit" but the client would be responsible for paying for the ticket itself.

What is a credit?

A "credit" is equivalent to a request submitted to One Concierge. In order to fulfill a request for a Simplicity™ Card user, the user's card balance will be deducted by one (1) "credit" or request. Each "credit"/request is equivalent to 1 hour of dedicated personal service from a live concierge specialist (for commercial/corporate users each credit is equivalent to 1.5 hours). Requests/"credits" loaded on your  Simplicity™ Card never expire. 

For instance, a request to book a private jet charter would only cost 1 request/"credit" as would a request to research, find, procure and ship a concert/event ticket; however the client would be responsible for paying for the cost of the charter/ticket itself.

Will I receive a card?

Each Simplicity™ Card is a physical card imprinted with your individual membership number and is shipped to you in a luxury holder within 5-7 days from your date of purchase. To view photos of the card browse our online store below:

Who can use my account?

Each Simplicity™ Card needs to be registered online/via phone in order to activate and use the card. When activating the card online or by phone, users can specify one additional person who is authorized to use the card. We are very careful in protecting registered users identities, card balances and account information. Simplicity™ Cards can also be purchased as gifts. Corporate/commercial users have no limit to the number of authorized users. 


What happens if I lose my card?

Each Simplicity™ Card is registered to an authorized user. If you lose your card contact customer service immediately at +1-800-628-9701 to notify us of the loss. We will then deactivate your card to protect the card balance and issue a replacement.
