To reload your Simplicity™ Card you must be an existing Simplicity™ Card holder. Cards can be reloaded with a number of concierge requests/"credits" which will be added to your existing card balance. Upon reloading your card, there is no need to re-register or activate your Simplicity™ Card again. Once your purchase is complete, your account will be updated instantly and you may use your requests at anytime. Please note, balances may take 12-24 hours to reflect in our system.
