The US Open Polo Championships are a month long 26 goal tournament that finalizes the 4-month Florida winter high goal polo season. With currently more than 250 active Polo Clubs in the United States, the sport draws thousands of spectators from around the world each year. The US Open Polo Championship opens its doors to those clubs as well as players and clubs from Great Britain and Argentina, where the most competitive Polo is still played today. The U.S. Open Polo Championship attracts some of the finest polo players in the world for a month long competition, including Lucas Criado, Sebastian Merlos, Gonzalito Pieres, and Mariano Aguerre just to name a few. The polo matches are held on the Piaget Field at the International Polo Club of Palm Beach and all matches are open to the public.
