Refund Policy

All One Concierge refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Payments for all orders that are placed with One Concierge are not processed until our customer service department reviews the order to determine whether it is serviceable. All payments are processed only after both the customer and our customer service department accept the order. In any case in which the customer service department is unable to service the order, the customer is given the option to either amend the order or receive a full refund.

For cancellations after an order has been placed, customers are free to request cancellation and cancellation requests will be reviewed individually. If our customer service department has not begun processing on your order, customers will recieve a full refund or may amend their order. Normal time for review and acceptance is within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Accepted orders are confirmed by a sales order confirmation sent from our customer service department directly to the customer. 

Refunds on cancellations will be applicable as follows:

 

If an order comes up for cancellation on request from a client, One Concierge will deduct 30% of the order value as a cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded. If any extra quote amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the request.

If an order cannot be fulfilled by One Concierge due to a customer error/fault, then a refund will be provided after deduction of 30% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the service. Customer errors can include but are not limited to insufficient or delayed documentation/information from customer, errors/mistakes not pertaining to One Concierge's scope of work, inability of customer to follow recommended procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond One Concierge's control.

If an order cannot be fulfilled by One Concierge for reasons attributed to One Concierge's performance, then a full refund will be given.

 Time to process a refund request for cancellation is a maximum of 10 working days. However the time for the refund to credit the customer's bank account/credit card depend solely on the speed of banking channels and the credit card companies involved in the transaction. For questions or if you have any issues with our refund policy please contact us directly at support@oneconcierge.com
